If you love bottomless mimosas, amazing food & will be on the island of Oahu, Hawaii anytime soon – you’re going to want to read this blog!
I’ve been in search of the perfect bottomless mimosas brunch for a while & I definitely found it! To my knowledge, this is the only brunch that offer bottomless mimosas in Waikiki. For just $25, you can have flowing tropical mimosas or Ros? to accompany any of?Herringbone’s?delicious brunch entrees! We tried so many amazing plates this past Saturday & I can’t wait to share my favorites with you!
Herringbone?is located on the 3rd floor of International Marketplace in Waikiki, directly on the main strip, walkable from most Waikiki hotels! The aesthetic gives me a fairy tale garden vibe – It’s open air with plants & trees everywhere, I love everything about this restaurant! For all instagrammers – this is the most instagrammable brunch location in Waikiki, for sure!
Now, let’s get to it!
I think the presentation is what I love most about these mimosas! I’ve ever seen any other restaurant do it like this!?Herringbone?offers 5 different fresh juices that you can mix & match & pour yourself! Our server was excellent about keeping our glasses full throughout our entire brunch – which was probably a difficult job considering how delicious they were! The champagne is amazing & the juices are very fresh & flavorful!
First up – Fish Tacos!
The first dish we ordered was the fish tacos! You can choose between grilled or battered. As you can see, we went with grilled as that’s what our server recommend. They tasted so fresh & delicious!
Next up – Yellowtail Crudo
This was as yummy & fresh as it looks! The yellowtail was phenomenal & the sweet mango salsa on top was the perfect combo with the salt on the fish! So yum!
Third – Eggs Benedict & a side of Bacon with Chimichurri
This had to be the best eggs benedict & BACON I’ve ever had! I mean – just look at them!! I never knew bacon needed chimichurri but I’ve seen the light & don’t think I can go back to the old ways! The benedict had so much flavor & there was no naked bites of bread with no flavor (which is my eggs benedict pet peeve), they nailed every square inch!
Next – We dug into this unique Kauai Shrimp & Gritz dish!
This dish had three large shrimp in a curried gritz, so unique and flavorful! This was definitely the most unique dish we tried, I highly recommend trying it out on your visit!
Last, we dug into some of?Herringbone’s?hearty Mochi Pancakes!
These were as incredible as they look! They come with a lilikoi butter syrup that is totally to die for!
We finished up with the Banana Foster martini.
I’ve got to say, this martini gave the mimosas a run for their money! It was SO good we ordered a second one! This is a must try drink if you love a dessert beverage!
I give?Herringbone’s?bottomless mimosas & extensively unique brunch menu a 10 out of 10! Everything we tried was better than the last and I can’t wait to visit again & try more of their amazing dishes & drinks!
